🌟 Weekend getaway with friends in Victoria — randomly chose an Irish Pub near our hotel for lunch (who says you can’t have a proper meal at a pub at noon? 😆). Went in with low expectations but was blown away! 🌟 The vibe is classic Scottish tavern — cozy and festive during Christmas season 🎄. Loved the atmosphere! 🌟 Now for the food — we ordered three dishes + one cocktail 🍹. Zero disappointments! 👏 Main Dishes: 🍴 Pan-Seared Scallops & Pork Belly - $34 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit pricey but SO worth it! Sweet and savory flavor with juicy, large scallops. Absolutely divine — the star of the meal! Sadly, only 5-6 pieces… could’ve eaten twice as many! 🍔 The Bard Burger - $19.55 ⭐⭐⭐ Double patty with pickles and fries. Solid burger — not mind-blowing but tasty and satisfying. 🍲 Mussels - $29.95 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Creamy broth with fresh mussels + buttery bread for dipping. The sauce was incredible — so flavorful!
