🏠 And/Ore 📍 1040 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M6J 1H7 And/Ore is divided into two experiences: Above Ground: Two floors for drinks and snacks 🍸🥨, also offering a Chef’s Choice menu at $60/pp. Below Ground: A cave-like setting with a tasting menu at $155/pp 🕳️🍽️. Both spaces are beautifully designed! If you want to sit in the cave, remember to select Below Ground when making a reservation. I tried the 8-course tasting menu downstairs—and it was surprisingly delicious! I went in expecting just a photogenic experience 🫢📸, but left both full and impressed. Here’s what was served: 1️⃣ Small Bites + Bread & Butter 2️⃣ Lobster, Zucchini, Bagna Cauda, Caviar 🦞 3️⃣ Yukon Gold Potato, Dulse, Pickled Burdock, Lemon Verbena 🥔 4️⃣ Maitake, Celeriac, Tonka, Moscatel Vinegar, Garlic 🍄 5️⃣ Salmon, Cucumber, Green Tomato, Parsnip, Olive Oil, Ever Gin 🐟 6️⃣ Pear Sorbet, Green Grape, Rice Milk 🍐❄️ 7️⃣ Short Rib, Broccoli, Smoked Potato Dumpling, Natural Sauce 🥩 8️⃣ Chocolate, Amarena Cherry, Luxardo Liqueur, Gold 🍫🍒 They also offered a complimentary petit four at the end 🍬.
