🇨🇦 Halifax | A City Full of Surprises! ✨
Flew all the way from Victoria to Halifax—and wow, what a journey! From snow-capped mountains 🏔️ to golden sunrises, Canada’s landscapes from above were magical (though the 4-hour jetlag hit hard—coffee + buses = not my best combo 😅). 🌊 Highlights: Waterfront: Sunny-day paradise! Sat on a lounger, watched boats, and took the $2.75 ferry to the other side. Maritime Museum: Ship models so detailed, they’ll make you dream of sailing! ⛵ Art Gallery of Nova Scotia: Quirky exhibits (like a dark room you explore with a flashlight!). Citadel Hill: History + panoramic views. Public Gardens: Exotic flowers + a Titanic model in the pond—so unique! Peggy’s Cove: Still debating if the tour price is worth it ($77 vs. $92 for the same trip?!). 🦞 Food Recs: The Bicycle Thief: Decent lobster pasta. Salty’s: Lobster roll (crumbly meat + croissant = rich, but their sour apple-pear martini saved the day! 🍸). #Halifax #SoloTravel #EastCoastMagic
