Visited this stunning restaurant with friends during summer break - located on the 1st floor of 1 Hotel! 🌿 The interior absolutely blew us away (dress cute for photos! 📸). Came early to try their brunch~ 🧀 Starter: Burrata Crispy bread + truffle + cheese + fresh honey = UNEXPECTEDLY AMAZING! 🤯 Normally not a burrata fan but this converted me~ Mains: 🥚 Casa Omelet Fluffy eggs stuffed with crab & veggies, drenched in creamy sauce - HUGE portion (feeds 2!). Skip the green sauce though~ 🍞 Truffle Ricotta Toast As hyped - sweet & truffle-forward (gets rich but worth it!) 🍯 🍳 Salsa Verde + Eggs Mild flavor with perfectly runny eggs - salty palate cleanser Burrata still stole the show!
