๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Must-Visit Spots for Your First Trip to Vancouver

Having visited Vancouver nearly 20 times, Iโ€™ve put together this practical guide for you! ๐Ÿ“’ Not sure how many posts this will turn into, so stay tuned for more on my homepage. If itโ€™s your first time in Vancouver, this guide is perfect for you ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ“Œ Stanley Park The most famous park in Vancouver, and in my opinion, the most beautiful one in the city. Perfect for an evening stroll by the sea at sunset, jogging along the coast, or cycling ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™€๏ธ. The natural environment is amazing, and itโ€™s completely FREE โ€“ no entrance fee! ๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒŠ ๐Ÿ“Œ Gastown This area is full of awesome little shops, boutiques, record stores, and cafes ๐Ÿ›๏ธโ˜•. Donโ€™t miss the famous steam clock โ€“ it whistles every 15 minutes! ๐Ÿ•™๐Ÿ˜‰ At night, it feels like a magical Harry Potter town. And hereโ€™s a foodie tip: my favorite foie gras rice in Vancouver is at ๐Ÿ“PiDGiN Restaurant nearby ๐Ÿ˜‹. ๐Ÿ“Œ Richmond If youโ€™re craving authentic Chinese food, Richmond is THE place to go! From bubble tea ๐Ÿง‹, desserts ๐Ÿง, BBQ meat ๐Ÿ–, dim sum ๐ŸฅŸ, to Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, Northeastern, Shanghainese, and Beijing cuisine โ€“ you name it, they have it! Youโ€™ll also find raw marinated seafood, skewers, KTV, arcades, internet cafรฉs, and mahjong parlors โ€“ just like back in China ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ€„. While youโ€™re there, take a stroll at Fishermanโ€™s Wharf ๐Ÿšข. ๐Ÿ“Œ Granville Island I absolutely LOVE this place! Take a ride on the ๐ŸŒŠ Aquabus โ€“ tickets are just a few dollars, and you can pay in cash or by card on board (no transit card accepted). I recommend taking the boat from Granville Island directly to Yaletown for more fun ๐Ÿšค. Thereโ€™s also a public market with fresh ingredients and hard-to-find specialty items. Lots of seafood restaurants and oyster bars too โ€“ I often grab oysters and enjoy them by the water ๐Ÿฆช. ๐Ÿ“Œ Yaletown Similar to Gastown, itโ€™s a great area to explore with plenty of dining options. Youโ€™ll find stylish Western restaurants and cozy cocktail bars here ๐Ÿน. ๐Ÿ“Œ UBC & SFU UBC is known as one of the most beautiful campuses in Canada โ€“ itโ€™s basically a scenic spot itself! The university is right by the ocean ๐ŸŒŠ, with peaceful forests and gardens inside the campus. If you visit during cherry blossom season, itโ€™s even more stunning ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿซ. SFU is located on a mountain โ€“ youโ€™ll need to drive up ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ’จ. The sunset and night views from here are incredibly beautiful and offer a unique perspective of Vancouver. If you have extra time, definitely check it out! โ›ฐ๏ธ๐ŸŒ† #Vancouver #VancouverGuide #StudyInVancouver #Canada #ImmigrationToCanada๐Ÿโœจ๐Ÿ“ธ๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ›๏ธ
