๐จ๐ฆ Steveston Fisherman's Wharf | Sunset & Seafood Delight ๐
๐ Steveston Wharf is one of my favorite places to wander โ so cozy and laid-back โ๏ธ, and every photo turns out postcard-perfect ๐ธ! This time, we came specially for the sunset by the sea ๐๏ธโฆ 1๏ธโฃ Arrive around 4 PM We parked at the free lot at Garry Point Park ๐ ฟ๏ธ (a pleasant 10-min walk to the wharf). You can also come earlier and visit: ๐ญ Gulf of Georgia Cannery โ National Historic Site ๐ซ $13.25 ๐ฎ Steveston Museum โ inside the post office! 2๏ธโฃ Wharf Vibes Stroll along the pier, feel the ocean breeze ๐, grab ice cream from Timothyโs ๐ฆ, snap photos of docked yachts โต๏ธ, and watch boats and seagulls glide by. Sometimes you can even spot seals! ๐ฆญ 3๏ธโฃ Must-Eat: Fish & Chips! We tried the legendary Daveโs Fish & Chips โ a 40-year-old local favorite ๐ Their cod and halibut are crispy outside, tender inside ๐โจ, and the fries are perfectly golden ๐. Everything is fresh and lightly fried. Also on the menu: fried oysters, chowder, light bites ๐ฆช๐ฅฃ We got takeout and ate in their backyard โ the owner was super friendly and chatty ๐ฌโค๏ธ.
