It’s been two years since my last visit to Dreyfus, and wow—they’ve only gotten better! 🎉 Over these years, this place has truly cemented its reputation as one of the city’s top culinary gems. 🏆 Their menu changes almost daily, offering a thrilling surprise-box dining experience! 🎁🍽️ This time, I had what might just be the best beef tartare of 2024! 🤯 Unlike the traditional version, theirs is refreshingly light in seasoning and packed with crispy textures that make every bite exciting! 🥗💥 The mushroom and shrimp starter was also an absolute delight—so flavorful! 🍤🍄 For the main course, I went with the garlic squid pasta—oh my Italian food-loving heart was screaming with joy! 🇮🇹❤️ The flavors were perfection, though the handmade pasta was slightly softer than I’d prefer. A bit more al dente, and it would’ve been chef’s kiss! 👨🍳💋 Sadly, I missed out on their famous apple pie for dessert. 🍏🥧 Pro tip: Their seating hours are limited, so order your desserts early!
