Finally visited Loam Bistro, the pink-hued gem on my wishlist! 🎀 The cozy space is small but adorable, with three outdoor tables perfect for sunny days. ☀️ The menu had me instantly obsessed—every dish sounded incredible! 🤩 As a Shakshuka fanatic, I had to order it... and it’s now my top 2 in Vancouver! My friend got the Potato Latkes—crispy shredded potato cakes with yogurt sauce and a soft-poached egg (surprisingly light and delicious!). But the real star? The Pistachio French Toast 🍞—not just pretty! Soft, not too sweet (hallelujah, no syrup overload!), and packed with flavor. 10/10 would devour again. Verdict? Absolute love.
