I visited the famous Danbo Ramen earlier—though the store is small, many people come here drawn by its reputation , and there's always a queue. 😵‍💫 I ordered a miso ramen + lunch set. It's quite user-friendly: you can customize the noodle texture, soup base concentration, etc., and the taste is decent. The downside? Unlike other ramen shops, it doesn't have seaweed, soft-boiled eggs, etc.—just two slices of pork belly and green onions. 🥲 The set offers four choices—seems like you can pick two from drinks, dumplings, or donburi. I chose donburi + dumplings, but the rice was pure curry with no meat, not even potato chunks!
