🇨🇦 Vancouver-Area Find: ABCFD’s BBQ is Delicious & Cheap!

🇨🇦 Vancouver-Area Find: ABCFD’s BBQ is Delicious & Cheap! 🍖 After my last post about Abbotsford, I got hungry at noon and stumbled on this aptly-named spot. Inside feels like a cozy tavern—everyone’s chatting loudly, so it’s noisy but fun. The chef is super friendly and talkative; the burgers flying past looked amazing, but we went for a platter instead (no room for a burger afterward). Seats are limited, vibe is lively—worth a try! Almost Famous Platter We picked the cheapest combo at C$75—cheaper than any Vancouver platter. It came with brisket, pulled pork, sausage, tons of sauces, fried corn, choice of onion rings or waffle fries, plus fried pickle spears (I’d never had fried pickles—crunchy, tangy, perfect palate cleanser). There were also sweet & sour house pickles. ⚠️ Brisket warning: If brisket is your thing, skip theirs—it’s dry and overcooked. Everything else—fried bits, pork, sausage—tasted better than two big-name Vancouver BBQ spots. The C$85 version just adds wings and bread; for 2-3 people, the C$75 platter is plenty. Great service, great price—overall a steal! Bottom line: If you love American BBQ, dive in! But don’t make a special trip—just hit it when you’re in Abbotsford and hungry, don’t mind the noise, and aren’t a brisket die-hard. Like it? Smash that follow & heart! Name: Loudmouth Brewing Co. Address: 2582 Mount Lehman Rd Unit 140, Abbotsford #GlobalVillageFoodCritics#WorthTheDriveEats#SmallTownFoodTrail#HiddenGems
