Rarely does a fine dining experience leave me craving to try every single dish on the menu — but this place did it. And not a single dish disappointed! We ordered the Lobster Pasta and Grilled Sea Bass — both incredibly flavorful! 🦞🐟 The sea bass came with a bell pepper-tomato sauce that was tangy and slightly spicy. One bite and I thought: “This tastes like the legendary grilled fish from Chef’s Table!” 😂 Drinks were also exceptional! I tried the Kinomé — a toasted sesame oil-washed whiskey with shiso and aloe. Genius combination! Refreshing and perfect for summer. 🥃✨ If you book, request the Chef’s Counter!
