📍 Address: 315 Burnside Rd W, Victoria, BC V8Z 7L6 Located in Tillicum Centre near Victoria Downtown, this Canadian-American fast-casual restaurant specializes in all kinds of ribs—pork ribs, beef ribs, you name it! 🍖🔥 And trust me, they’re seriously delicious, standing out as one of the better "white people food" options out there. 😆 After missing out on ribs at Ribfest, we made a beeline here, determined to get our rib fix! The restaurant is pretty spacious, and they even provide crayons for kids to doodle with—such a sweet touch! 🖍️👶 Service was quick, and despite the crowd, there was no forced minimum spending. Nice! Their plates are fun too—little metal trays that add a quirky vibe to the meal. 🍽️✨ ✅ Pork Back Rib - Taster Plate 💰 $20.98 I went for the smallest portion of pork back ribs, which looked like about a third of a full rack. It came with four ribs, and I even shared one with a friend, so the portion was actually quite decent! With the sides, it was more than enough to fill me up. The ribs were incredibly tender, smoky, and fell right off the bone with just a gentle tug. 🤤 For the sauce, I chose Chipotle Honey—zero spice, just sweet, sticky goodness that reminded me of honey-glazed ribs. So flavorful! 🍯 For the sides: 1️⃣ Fries (but I swapped them for salad). The server initially said Ranch dressing was free, while Caesar would cost extra—but they didn’t charge me in the end! 🥗 2️⃣ Coleslaw—shredded cabbage in creamy dressing, which paired perfectly with the garlic bread. Yum! 🧄🍞 My friend also let me try their Beef Rib, and wow—so tender and juicy! 🥩💦 Final Thoughts If you’re in Victoria and craving some solid ribs, Montana’s is a great pick!
