📍 315 Burnside Rd W, Victoria, BC V8Z 7L6 It’s a Canadian-American fast-casual spot in Tillicum Centre, near Victoria Downtown—specializing in all kinds of ribs! Both pork and beef ribs are pretty tasty, easily among the better "Western-style meals" out there 😊. We went to RibFest but didn’t get to try any ribs, so we switched to here—determined to have ribs one way or another! 😂 The place is spacious, and they even provide crayons for kids to draw with—such a sweet touch 🎨. Food comes out quick, and they don’t sneak in any mandatory extra charges even when it’s busy—definitely a plus 👍. Their plates are fun too—little metal trays, super unique! 😄 ✅ Pork Back Rib - Taster Plate 💰20.98 I got the smallest pork back rib platter—it’s roughly a third of a full rack, with four ribs. I even cut one to share with a friend, and honestly, the portion’s still decent. With the sides, it’s more than enough to fill you up 😋. The ribs are cooked perfectly tender—so fragrant, and the meat falls right off the bone with just a little nudge. I went for the Chipotle Honey sauce, and there’s no spice at all—it even tastes a bit like honey-glazed ribs, so flavorful. As someone who loves a touch of sweetness, I’m totally here for it 💕. One of the sides was supposed to be fries, but I swapped it for a salad. The server said I could switch to Ranch dressing for free, and Caesar would cost extra—but they didn’t charge more when we paid, which was nice! For the second side, I picked coleslaw—shredded cabbage with creamy dressing, which is tasty with the garlic bread. There was supposed to be a third side, corn bread, but they were sold out. The server tried to gloss over it at first, but my friend noticed. With my little brother politely pushing the issue, they swapped it for garlic bread and a cookie—both pretty good! A friend let me try their beef rib too—tender and delicious! 😋 #Canada #CanadaFood #VancouverIsland #VancouverDayTrip #Victoria #Foodie #WeeklyFoodCheckIn #LifeSnippets #FoodTour #MyDailyLife #WhatInternationalStudentsEat #RestaurantRecommendation #HiddenGemRestaurant
