📍5-Day 4-Night Itinerary Departing from Toronto🍅 Day 1: Toronto ✈️ Quebec City🍉 Instead of driving (which takes about 7-8 hours), take a 1.5-hour flight to Quebec City.🍛 🚗 Then drive 7 hours to Gaspé. Day 2: Gaspé🌴 - Whale watching in Gaspé at noon 🐋 Book in advance with the cruise company Forillon.🌸 There are three trips daily; the 12:45 PM trip seems to offer the best chance of seeing more whales. The entire trip lasts about 3 hours. 🌳🌳 The captain is very experienced and goes out of their way to ensure passengers get good views. We saw over 10 whales, with multiple sightings at the same time, and even witnessed a whale breach—it was spectacular! ❗️ 🎋Windproof and waterproof jackets are provided, and binoculars are available for rent. - In the afternoon, head to downtown Gaspé, a place with more historical and cultural attractions. Visit "Birthplace of Canada" to learn about Gaspé's history.🌺 - Accommodation: Stayed at Le Nordet, located between Gaspé and Percé. It’s more like a B&B/motel but has its own spa, which is a nice highlight. 🙊🙊 They also offer various tours like forest adventures and boating—worth checking out if you have more time.👉👈 - Dinner: GASPESIE BRASSERIE GOURMANDE is not recommended. Day 3: Percé - Mont Joli Lookout😘😘 A viewing platform with a close-up view of Percé Rock. The little red house and cross are also here. Entry to the lookout costs 2 CAD, cash only. - Dinner: La Maison du Pêcheur Highly recommend the lobster 🦞—the seafood is extremely fresh. Even someone who doesn’t usually like seafood will love this place. Book early as it’s packed every day.⭐⭐ Day 4: Percé 🎉🎉- Breakfast: le Fournand, with delicious bread. - Île Bonaventure (Bird Island) Book the boat tour in town for a 45 CAD round trip, with flexible departure and return times. Arrive early to queue at the pier—once the boat is full, you’ll have to wait for the next one. 🏠🏠The cruise takes you around Percé Rock up close and drops you off on the island, home to a spectacular colony of gannets. Facilities on the island are limited; it’s mainly for hiking trails and bird watching. 👀👀 The shortest trail takes 1.5-2 hours, so plan your time to catch the return boat.🚢 - Geopark Observation Deck Glass Walkway Offers a bird’s-eye view of the entire town. For those who don’t want to hike up, take the shuttle—be sure to queue early as each shuttle holds fewer than 10 people and runs every 30 minutes. Day 5: Return to Toronto🍔 - Stop for lunch at Le Matelot, which also serves delicious seafood.🍤🍣 #Toronto#CanadianTravel#OC#Quebec#QuebecTravel
