🇨🇦This Mississauga Steakhouse Nails PERFECT Steaks! 🥩✨

Back in 2022 when I first tried this place at Square One, their steaks were... meh. (The duck risotto saved the day though!) BUT NOW? Total glow-up! 👏 New chef, new menu—last night's visit blew my mind! If you're at Square One craving Western cuisine, this is your spot! Their medium-rare steak? Possibly the most textbook-perfect I've ever had. 🔥 🍄 Mushroom Truffle Flatbread A mini pizza topped with onions, cheese, mushrooms & truffle mayo. Tasty, but skip if you're here for steak—it's way too filling! 🍕😅 🌿 Peppercorn Steak (11oz New York Strip) Ordered medium-rare with truffle fries & asparagus (same for all 3 of us!). The marbling? PERFECTION. Every bite was juicy, tender, with just the right chew from the fat & connective tissue—SO GOOD. The edges? Slightly more done, extra crispy—my favorite part! 🤤 Even without sauce, it’s fantastic. But dip it in peppercorn jus or truffle mayo? HEAVEN. (P.S. The first pic actually has pieces from two other steaks—can you spot them?) 🍷 Steak + Mushroom (11oz New York Strip) Topped with sautéed mushrooms & red wine jus (same sides). Honest take? Red wine jus < peppercorn sauce. Still solid though! (The three steak slices in the pic? Far right is from this one!) 🦐 Steak + Prawn (8oz AAA Sirloin) The tiger prawns were buttery-soft, but the sirloin? Not as magical as the NY strip. (Texture seekers: STICK TO NY STRIP!) This one also came with red wine jus—the piece near the asparagus is the sirloin. 🍫 Fresh Churros Served with chocolate, cream & jam dips.
