Japanese-style marinated beef (not Western-style). ๐ Lobster Roll Their signature roll โ generous portion, stunning presentation, and perfectly seasoned. ๐ A5 Wagyu Ramen Expensive but worth it โ you can truly taste the rich, buttery flavor of the wagyu! ๐โจ ๐ "Scallop Explosion" Appetizer A mix of fresh seafood โ best enjoyed in one big bite! ๐งก ๐ Hokkaido Uni (Sea Urchin) Recently available โ very pricey but has a creamy, luxurious flavor. A must-try for uni lovers! ๐ Deep-Fried Ice Cream A delicious dessert โ crispy outside, cold and sweet inside! ๐ฆ โ ๏ธ Beef Tartare & Grilled Beef Tongue I find them a bit overcooked each time.
