I booked a table a week in advance, and there was only one table left. So glad it lived up to the hype! 🤩 🍴 Restaurant Name: 893 Ryōtei 👍 Must-Try: Tai Yuzu Truffle The Tai (red snapper) with yuzu soy sauce and black truffle is absolutely amazing. You have to order it! 🍣 🍣 Unagi Royal is a must-have! Grilled eel with salmon, shiso leaf, foie gras, and pepper sauce—perfect layers of flavor. 🍣 🥩 Gyu Tataki is also worth a try. ⌛️ We arrived at the restaurant around 8 PM. It was almost fully booked, with only a few seats left at the bar. Surprisingly, the dishes started arriving less than 10 minutes after we ordered. 😁 💡 The dining atmosphere and lighting were fantastic. Although the tables were close together, the dim lighting, with only the pendant lights above each table, made it feel cozy and intimate.
