🇩🇪 Berlin Food | They Say This Is the Best Thai Meal in Town
If you’re looking for Thai food in Berlin, this place is always on the list. Since I get cravings for Pad Kra Pao every once in a while and happened to be shopping nearby with friends, we decided to give it a try. 🍔 🍚 Pad Kra Pao (Stir-Fried Basil Chicken): This is a must-order for me whenever I eat Thai food. Many people have recommended this dish here, but when we tried it, there was a strong star anise flavor that I couldn’t quite place. I didn’t see any pieces of star anise in the dish, and while I’m not a fan of overpowering spices, it still made for a decent meal. The runny fried egg on top was definitely a plus! 🍳 🍚 Pork Rib Soup: The soup was super refreshing with a tangy and slightly spicy kick. The ribs themselves weren’t very flavorful, but the broth was amazing—the more sour, the better! 🥄 🍗 Fried Chicken: Without the sauce, the chicken tasted a lot like the old-school fried chicken back home—very aromatic! The dipping sauce was a spicy-sweet chili sauce, which I thought was a bit better than the usual ones. 🍗 Overall, while I wouldn’t say this place is the absolute best, there are definitely other Thai restaurants I’ve tried that are just as good. But it’s still a solid choice for Thai cuisine. 🌟 📍 Bangkok Bites (Knaackstraße 22, 10405 Berlin) 💰 20+€ per person #Germany #LifeInGermany #Berlin #BerlinLife #BerlinFood #food
