🇩🇪 Bremen Sailing Festival & A Taste of Home at Full Flavor Sichuan

During our road trip across Germany, we stopped in Bremen just in time for the famous Bremenhaven Sailing Festival! The harbor was filled with colorful sailing ships 🚢🌈 – it felt like a grand maritime celebration on land. I used to think Bremen was a quiet little town, but staying in the city center completely changed my mind. The blend of trams and cars, modern vibes and historic charm, made my travel buddy say: “Kinda feels like Melbourne!” 🚋🏙️ As Sichuan natives, we were craving some real home-style flavors – so we headed to the highly-rated Full Flavor Sichuan Restaurant (conveniently located near the main station!). 🥢🔥 📞 Tip: We were lucky to get a table without booking (thanks to the super-friendly owner!), but it’s better to call and reserve – especially during peak hours! Here’s what we ordered: Couple’s Beef Tripe: Served super fast, fragrant and spicy – an absolute highlight 🥩💥. We were still dreaming about it the next day! Mao Xue Wang : Solid but not mind-blowing. Not as generous with ingredients as back in our hometown, but still tasty 🍲👍. Drinks: A bottle of green tea and Thai soy milk – refreshing and perfect with spicy food 🍵🥛. Bill: Around €40 total, about €20 per person. A warm, satisfying meal that hit just the right spot ❤️🌶️. #Bremen #TravelGermany #ChineseFoodInGermany #LifeInGermany #SichuanCuisine #FoodDiary
