🇩🇪 Cologne Food Exploration—My Stomach is Thrilled!

As a pho enthusiast, I’m back here again!!! This time I ordered the mixed pork and beef pho. The broth tastes a bit like Lanzhou beef noodles from back home in China. Could use a bit more lemon though! Hahaha! Every table is provided with small condiments. I absolutely love this thing—not sure if it’s radish or bamboo shoots. Sour and spicy—so addictive! I ended up adding several spoonfuls directly into my bowl. Came here based on everyone’s recommendations!
