Honestly, the differences between the types are subtle, but we enjoyed three rounds of them. Perfectly fried egg 🍳 + flavorful rice = authentic Yanbian taste. 🌷 Buckwheat Cold Noodles (Naengmyeon) Classic and authentic! Served with ice chips ❄️, slices of beef 🥩, and pear – so refreshing! 📌 Note: These are noodle-style cold noodles, not the chewy type. 🌷 Spicy Beef Soup with Rice My personal favorite! Well-seasoned, not too oily, with an egg stirred in at the end – warm and comforting 🍲 😐 Just Okay: Tuna rice balls – standard, nothing special Fried(sand ginger) – average Sweet & sour pork (Guobaorou) – a bit dry, €14 so acceptable but not amazing Extra kimchi – ordered to cut the grease, just alright 🥀 Skip These: Kimchi ramen ❌ – arrived mushy and bland. Save your money! Black gloves (for eating) – maybe food-grade, but looked dusty. We used spoons instead 🥄 🍶 Drinks: We had makgeolli (rice wine) – not too sweet, authentic! 💡 Pro tip: If the alcohol taste is strong, mix it with Sprite – a trick I learned from Korean classmates! 🍧 Free treats: Everyone gets a Korean ice cream bar at the end – so thoughtful!
