Truly authentic! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Wanza Noodles (Bowl Noodles with Pea & Minced Pork) The star here is the flavorful pea and minced pork sauce! The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the chili oil has that signature “húlà” aroma 🌶️. You can choose your spice level. One bite and you’re transported back to China 😭👌 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Garlic White Meat (Suan Ni Bai Rou) Incredible knife skills! 🥢 The pork is sliced paper-thin, super lean but still tender. Topped with fragrant garlic and chili sauce – spicy, savory, and slightly sweet. Served over refreshing cucumber slices 🥒. So addictive you’ll want to order a second plate! I personally prefer the dry noodles over the soup version – but that might just be my taste 😉 Next time I’m trying their stir-fried dishes!
