On my first day in Hamburg, I was so cold I immediately booked a flight back to Barcelona—missing its warm sunshine terribly (came to Germany to escape heat, but who knew August could be this chilly? 🥲). For three days, it was all gray skies and rain, until the final afternoon when the sun finally appeared. Watching the romantic sunset from the Elbphilharmonie was the perfect farewell to Germany. 🌇✨ That said, Hamburg has the most handsome men I’ve seen in any city so far—and their fashion sense? Chef’s kiss 👌👀. At Underdocks, a cute waiter recommended the shrimp burger combo—so tasty! (Though the portion was huge; girls with smaller appetites can just order the burger alone.)
