Took a Lufthansa Airbus A346 "baguette" — who knows how many more flights it has left — to Frankfurt, then connected to Hannover. 🛬 Even though it was almost June, it was so cold I had to wear a down jacket! ❄️🧥 For breakfast, I randomly picked a café-restaurant near where I stayed. Their cappuccino was surprisingly amazing! ☕️✨ Lunch was at a Vietnamese spot in the suburbs recommended by Uber. Their signature Pad Thai was really good — though a bit sweet and sour, it still hit the spot for my Chinese taste buds. 🍜💥 A bit pricey at around ¥130 RMB, but super filling. I walked around all afternoon without feeling hungry! 👍🏃‍♀️ Gothic architecture everywhere, shifting in mood under the constantly changing sky… It feels especially mystical on cloudy days, giving off that solemn medieval vibe. 🏰☁️🖤 Even though Hannover isn’t the most famous German city, its calm atmosphere and mix of green spaces + historic sites make it a perfect offbeat destination.
