🇩🇪 I went all the way to Hannover just for a bite of Sindo!

During my few months in Hannover, I went there FIVE times (okay, partly for exhibitions…but still!!). This one place — Sindo Japanese Restaurant — is so delicious it’s almost poetic. I literally wanted to write a poem after eating there! 🍣✍️ 🍱 Just how good is it? Their sushi isn’t your average “meh, it’ll do” kind. It’s so fresh you can literally feel the fish dancing on your tongue 💃🐟. The salmon belly (aburi style?) melts in your mouth — the rich, buttery flavor hits you right in the soul. Totally worth it! And their unagi don…guys, the sauce is flavorful but not overly sweet, the eel is crispy outside and tender inside, served over warm rice…one bite and I almost cried 😭❤️. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and for someone like me trying to enjoy decent sashimi without going broke abroad — this place is a lifesaver! 🍶🙏 📸 Oh, and it’s Instagram gold. I posted a pic and got flooded with “WHERE IS THIS??” comments. The vibe is clean, minimalist, with a calming Japanese zen touch.
