🇩🇪 Heidelberg, Germany – "The Place Where You Lose Your Heart"

This time, due to limited time and constant rain 🌧️, we only made a short stop in Heidelberg 🏰 (Heidelberger). Still, I highly recommend visiting the castle, the Old Bridge, and the charming Old Town. These photos were taken three years ago in April 📸🌸. Tickets 🎫 don’t need to be booked in advance—we bought ours on-site. A visit may take 1 to 3 hours. You can take a cable car 🚠 up to the highest point for a breathtaking panoramic view of Heidelberg. After that, explore the castle grounds 🏰, which include a massive historic wine barrel 🍷 that visitors can even climb onto! Don’t miss a walk across the Old Bridge 🚶. Cross it to enter the romantic, storybook-like Old Town. Nestled between green hills and the river, the castle, stone bridge, and red-roofed white buildings create a dreamy and enchanting atmosphere 🏞️❤️.
