🇩🇪 Stuttgart | Schloss Solitude – The "Lonely Castle"
The name "Schloss Solitude" (Castle of Solitude) poetically echoes the city’s vehicle license plate code – SAD. 🚗💔 On my last day here, I drove through Stuttgart’s streets in my loyal Peugeot 307CC. Some goodbyes were simply meant to be. This hardtop convertible had one flaw: you can’t have both an open roof and trunk space. Because of my winter needs as a ski instructor, I had to prioritize practicality over passion 🎿❄️. And so, with a heavy heart, I had to let her go. But no matter what—thank you for two incredible years together. We traveled over 20,000 km side by side. From the vineyards of Alsace in France 🍇 to the snowy peaks of the Austrian Alps 🏔️, we made memories everywhere. She carried my family, my closest friends, and all my journeys—through joy and sorrow. So when it was time to say goodbye, I brought her back to where it all began. And as if fate agreed—after days of endless rain, yesterday the skies cleared just for us ☀️✨. One final sunny drive through Stuttgart, one perfect farewell. #Stuttgart #Germany #Castle #ClassicalArchitecture #SunsetLover #GoodbyeCar 🏰🌅
