🇩🇪 The cherry blossoms in Bonn have bloomed...
After a long week of classes, I felt completely drained—so I took a quiet weekend walk to the famous cherry blossom avenue near my dorm. The pink petals floating in the wind felt like a gentle embrace from spring itself. There’s something bittersweet about admiring such beauty far from home, wondering about faces and places left behind. On a whim, I decided to hop on a train to Düsseldorf 🚆💨. I ended up at this amazing Korean restaurant — the flavours were absolutely unforgettable! 🍲🔥 I’d planned to round off the day with matcha desserts, but sadly the café was already closed… next time! Even with the melancholy of being away from home, there’s a certain warmth lingering in the German sunlight these days. Longer days, softer light, streets slowly coming alive… 🌿☀️ Maybe Daylight Saving Time isn’t so bad after all. It reminds me that there’s still hope and beauty to be found, even when you’re alone in a foreign land. Sometimes the heart aches a little, but the world keeps blooming anyway. #Bonn #Germany #CherryBlossom #LifeAbroad #StudyInGermany #SpringInEurope
