🍖 Mukam Uigurisches Restaurant 📍 Schieffelingsweg 12, 53123 Bonn It’s rare for me to revisit restaurants in Germany, but Mukam is an exception! Their flavors deeply satisfy my Chinese taste buds — a true paradise for meat lovers! 🥩🔥 Every dish is fragrant, well-spiced, and perfectly cooked. No wonder they have a 4.9 rating on Google! 👍 The Uyghur owner moved to Germany four years ago and is super friendly. They also offer takeaway! 🚗💨 Plus, there’s parking right outside — so convenient. 🅿️ You can order via QR code. From my experience: It’s hard to go wrong with any dish here. You might order too much because everything looks amazing (I ended up taking leftovers home!). They even have a cute section on the menu: “Available when we’re not too busy.” 😊 Must-Try Dishes: 🦴 Dry-Fried Lamb Ribs – Comes in small and large portions. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. Not greasy or tough! 🍗 Sichuan Pepper Chicken – So flavorful! The sauce is perfectly balanced. Amazing when mixed with noodles. 🍝 Stir-Fried Rice Noodles – Noticeable chili oil presence, spiciest of the dishes. Chewy beef slices make this a delight to slurp up! 🥗 Mukam Special Veggie Dish – Broccoli, wood ear mushrooms, walnuts, tomatoes, shiitake, and onions. The walnuts add a nice crunch.
