I visited for its UNESCO status, and it didn’t disappoint! I especially loved admiring the diverse rooftops, tiles, towers, and attics everywhere. 🏘️✨ The most famous spots are undoubtedly the Old Town Hall over the river and the magnificent Bamberg Cathedral. 🏛️🌉 But by pure chance, I stumbled upon something even more special: stained glass windows and sculptures by the renowned German neo-expressionist master Markus Lüpertz in the St. Elizabeth Chapel. 🎨🖼️🙌 And guess what? Bamberg even has a specialty coffee shop where you can choose your own coffee beans!
