The Nordics’ first vegan restaurant to earn the Michelin Green Star 🌟 The Green Michelin is all about achieving a completely zero-waste dining experience, so even the menu you take away (served that evening) is a full sheet of paper placed in a planter that can be directly grown into a plant 👍 (A friend from Hong Kong came to Denmark for a visit and mentioned wanting to try this place, so I made a reservation without even checking what type of cuisine they serve) It was only then that I first learned about the significance of the Green Michelin star, haha. Even though it’s a vegan restaurant, the food is incredibly delicious these days! The wine our waiter recommended was indeed a perfect match for the dishes on the menu 🤤 (I won’t list the menu here since the tasting menu is prepared by the restaurant with seasonal ingredients.)
