🍸 Located in the city center, this restaurant has a nice ambiance and is usually fully booked in the evenings, so it's recommended to make a reservation in advance. The staff are all very friendly! We ordered two starters and one main course, which was enough for two people. 1️⃣ Miso marinated salmon 🍣 The salmon has a great texture and is fresh, paired with fine onions and an emulsified sauce that makes it very palatable. 2️⃣ Teriyaki glazed stag venison carpaccio 🦌 Venison is quite different from other red meats, with a very firm texture! It's served with tarragon cream, beech mushrooms, hazelnut crumble, and grated cheese, making for a rich and varied taste experience! 3️⃣ BBQ back ribs 🐷 A generously portioned pork rib dish! The meat is tender but not mushy, easy to take off the bone, and tastes great.
