I came here with my brother on a Thursday evening without booking. We were a bit apprehensive, as I knew it could get busy! However, we were immediately seated upstairs with everyone else by a very friendly waitress. We were given free black bread to begin with - it tasted like normal bread, but I have no idea how they made it! The menu isn't extensive, and you only have a choice of a few mains which is a downside, but they are good. I was still stuck between things to get! I ordered the schnitzel, which was very tasty. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked, and it wasn't tough to eat at all. The potato gratin was also lovely - can't fault it! The portion size was just right. My only really gripe was the friendly offering of water with the meal at the start - we are used to getting free tap water when the waitress asks, so we naturally said yes. However, it came to and additional 20 kroner on the bill (10 each). Be careful if you don't want it! The staff were all extremely friendly and spoke perfect English (I know at least one of them is actually from England!). Finally, the price came to 440 kroner for two people to have a main and a soft drink - a bit pricey, but the quality of the food was worth it. Overall, will go back.

After numerous positive reviews and a brief visit, we decided to reserve a table for two one evening at "Tight." Reservation proved essential, as securing a table without one will be challenging. However, in this modern age, online reservations make it convenient. Upon arrival, we were brought to our table. Disappointment accompanied us. Reserved for dinner, we were seated at a table more suited for a coffee gathering than a proper dinner setting. The bill dispenser stood directly behind my ear, causing discomfort. We inquired about an alternative table, which we were granted. Though more spacious, it was situated right by the restroom entrance. Despite a small partition to the back. But some aspects are best avoided during a meal. The restaurant could spare these two tables, even with the name "Tight". Not everything must be taken literally. Now, onto the food. The truffle, mushroom, and cherry tomato appetizer were satisfactory but lacked creativity. The overpowering taste of truffle, coupled with excessive oiliness, left something to be desired. Finding the right balance with truffles is indeed a challenge. The 250g steak with sides didn't impress. Lacking flavor in nearly everything. The potatoes were decent, meat quality good, but overall just okay. Salt and pepper did their best to salvage the dish. As for drinks, we wanted a Martini, which wasn't available. As a starter before we start eating. A liquid appetizer. Instead, the cocktail menu was presented—commendable, but having a Martini in stock wouldn't hurt. Regarding cleanliness, after wine, water, and a cocktail, a restroom visit became necessary. While unisex restrooms are common in this area, cleanliness is paramount. It was acceptable, but scattered paper on the floor and a nearly overflowing sink left room for improvement. One highly positive note is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who truly salvaged our experience.

We were actually looking for the Danish national dish, and on a yelp review it pointed us toward this restaurant but apon arriving they said they don’t have it on the menu anymore. We ordered 2 starters, the salmon and the chestnuts, mushrooms and truffle. Both were very good, but the chestnuts, mushrooms and truffle starter really stood out. For the main I took the surf n turf, and asked the steak to be cooked medium rare. The main was a bit dissappointing to be honest, since they cooked the steak medium. And the main dish was not that special. I would come back just for the chestnut, mushroom & truffle starter tho, that one is special 👌 Update: I found the chestnut, mushroom & truffle starter so special that I went back today (the next day) to get only that, but this time I was a bit dissappointed. It looked like they didn’t put enough passion on making the dish today, as yesterday the dish seemed more full and fresh. Today the bread tasted a bit old, and compared to yesterday it seemed like it lacked volume today. I posted another photo of the starter I got today, and you can clearly see the difference. I gave the restaurant a 3 star rating yesterday- was going to give them a 4 to 5 star if they didn’t mess the steak up; but with the experience I had today with the starter, I dropped the stars to 2. Very dissapointed to have this experience as my last meal before I leave Copenhagen. I saved my last meal for the starter because I had such a great experience of it yesterday, and they let me down today :( (last photo is the starter of today. third photo is starter I got yesterday)

We dropped by and got a table for four. The service was good and the food too. Good size portions and great flavours. After the main course we decide on desserts and to grab an offer from the menu - "All cocktails Take 2 for 135;-". We ordered two White russians, a GT and an Espresso Martini. When we get the check we noticed that we paid 80;- each for the cocktails and the drink offer was not deducted. When we told the server he quickly responded that offer is only good if you order two of the same cocktail. We accepted that and pointed out that at least two were the same. He didn't say anything, just turned around and got back with a new bill. We got 2 for 135;- and paid 80;- each for the other two. It's not about the money, it's about the fact that this is so unnecessary. It was obvious to us that this is a common misunderstanding, and your customers and guests feel cheated. The last thing we remember from our visit is this. An offer on the menu that is not very clear. If you don't add the information then please remove it - it just irritates people and for what? A couple of coins? And unfortunately that's what comes to mind when I think of your brand now.
