🇪🇸 Barcelona Wine Bar in Philly – Average Food, but Vibe on Point

Tried this Spanish spot last week for some tapas — small bites were okay, but the paella was a disaster 😬. Waited about an hour (server did warn us), but the seafood smelled very fishy, and the rice was burnt from top to bottom — bitter and charred, with bland seasoning. Tapas highlights: 🦑 Calamari – crispy and tasty 🥟 Spiced beef empanadas – savory and satisfying Lowlight: 🐖 Pork belly – overwhelmingly greasy, weird seasoning that didn’t blend well.
