🏛️ Morning: Culture & Views 1️⃣ Zamora Museum (Free!) Perched on a hillside, packed with fascinating artifacts. 2️⃣ Molino de la Horta Four picturesque watermills on the Duero River—perfect for photos! 📸 3️⃣ Zamora Castle (Also free!) Climb to the top for panoramic views of the city and river. Super worth it! 🍖 Lunch: Zamora’s Signature Dish 📍 La Rúa Zamora-style "arroz" (similar to paella but with pork ribs, chorizo, and pig’s ears). Tasty, though not that different from seafood paella. 🌅 Afternoon Adventure: 4️⃣ Monasterio de Moreruela (30min drive) Stunning 12th-century ruins—but closes at 5PM on Saturdays (we barely made it!). 😅 5️⃣ Lagunas de Villafáfila (20min further) A birdwatcher’s paradise 🦢 + sunset reflections on the lagoons = magic! 🍻 Dinner: 📍 Casa de Pinchitos Solid tapas, though not as good as Lobo (yesterday’s spot). #Zamora #SpainTravel #HiddenHistory #RoadTripSpain #FoodieFinds
