🇪🇸 Madrid | French Dining with Beef Wellington

Perfect for a Romantic Evening 📍 Le Bistroman Atelier Since yesterday was my husband's birthday🎂, we decided to treat him to a French restaurant he had been craving for a long time. The restaurant's signature dish is Beef Wellington, which needs to be pre-booked and prepaid (starting from two servings at 90€). We made arrangements a few days in advance. 📅 As soon as we entered the restaurant, we knew we had made the right choice!👍 The atmosphere was perfect – full of French charm and ideal for a romantic date or celebration. The service was impeccable, with attentive and patient staff. 💕 The waiter first handed us the wine list. Since we don't drink much, we opted for a small glass of champagne🥂 and a large bottle of water. We ordered three courses in total, and the restaurant thoughtfully included a complimentary appetizer and a small post-meal dessert🍮. The overall experience was fantastic! 🌟 Appetizer The complimentary appetizer had a crispy outer shell and was filled with rich cheese🧀. It melted in the mouth, providing a delightful and surprising start to the meal. 🍅 Foie Gras 🦢 This dish was a delightful surprise. The waiter even explained how to enjoy it properly. The first bite was so smooth and delicate that it made you close your eyes in pure enjoyment. My husband laughed out loud after tasting it – it was that good! 😂 Escargots 🐌 No French meal is complete without escargots! There were 12 of them, and they were perfectly prepared – no strange flavors, just delicious and tender meat. They were very clean and well-handled. 🍜 Beef Wellington 🍖 Finally, the main event! The waiter first brought out the whole steak for us to admire before taking it back to slice. The portion was incredibly generous. After finishing the first piece, they continued to serve it piece by piece, making the experience very special and satisfying. 🥩 We were so full that we didn't order any additional desserts🍮, but the restaurant sent out a few exquisite mini-desserts to end the meal on a sweet note – just the right amount of sweetness without being too heavy. 🍰 The total cost for the meal, including the pre-booked steak, was around 200€, making it a high-quality French dining experience at around 100€ per person. 💰 If you're looking for a French dining experience full of ceremony and romance, I highly recommend this place.
