🇪🇸 Madrid, Spain | Limbo I wouldn't have believed it was a roast chicken place if you hadn't told me! 😆 This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend who insisted that their roast chicken is a must-try! The overall decor has a street-style, wild vibe. From the outside, you can see an eye-catching hand-painted mural that really grabs your attention. The semi-open kitchen design also allows you to clearly see the chefs' focused cooking, making the whole dining atmosphere quite dramatic. 🎭 I ordered a combination plate of roast chicken and pork ribs, along with two cups of homemade lemonade. The side dishes included fries and roasted mashed potatoes – the portions were really generous! The last time I had such delicious roast chicken was at the Costco in Taiwan. This time, I encountered chicken that was even more tender than I could have imagined! 🍗 The meat just falls off the bone, and it's juicy with a rich aroma of the roasting process. Eating it with the mashed potatoes is really satisfying. The chicken jus adds an extra layer of flavor. The pork ribs are BBQ-flavored and so tender that my friend couldn't believe how little effort it took to eat them. The sauce has completely penetrated the ribs, with no hint of any off-flavors. They were so delicious that I wanted to order a bowl of plain rice just to enjoy with the ribs.
