🇪🇸 One Day in Zaragoza, Spain

Zaragoza, Spain's 5th largest city, stole my heart—again! ✨ The familiar streets, golden sunlight, and perfect blend of ancient charm and modern energy made this second visit even more special. This time, I dove deeper into its fascinating history! ⛪ Zaragoza Cathedral (La Seo) – Not your average church! This architectural kaleidoscope mixes Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles—all in one breathtaking masterpiece. • Built in the 12th century as a modest Romanesque church, it evolved over centuries into today’s stunning hybrid. • Gothic spires pierce the sky, Renaissance arches stun with detail, and Baroque gold dazzles—somehow, it all works perfectly together! • Climb to the top! (€6, 15 mins) – The panoramic views are 100% worth it. 🏰 Aljafería Palace Sadly, we arrived too late (closes at 6:00 PM, tickets €7 at the door). Next time! 🚆 Getting There • Madrid → Zaragoza: 🚄 High-speed train (~1h 20m) • Bus Ci3: 25 mins from station to Basilica del Pilar (perfect starting point!). #Zaragoza #SpainTravel #HiddenGems #DayTripFromMadrid #ArchitectureLover #TravelSpain 🇪🇸✨
