🇪🇸 What's the Deal with This Must-Try Restaurant?

Today I checked out the super popular restaurant that everyone's been talking about on TikTok. It wasn't quite as amazing as I'd imagined, but it still had its moments. [SWISS BUTTER] - C/ de Zurbano 95 📍 The location is just a 5-minute walk from either NUEVOS MINISTERIOS or GREGORIO MARAÑÓN metro stations, but the latter is a bit closer. 🍴 The overall flavor profile leans towards the salty side, which might be perfect for those who love bold tastes. 1⃣️ The steak 🍖 was cooked al punto. My friend thought it was a bit dry, but I found it quite acceptable. The restaurant's signature sauce is definitely flavorful, but it's just too salty. And the salad dressing? Way too tangy. 2⃣️ The lava chocolate cake 🍫 looks amazing and is super appetizing! The second dessert was pain perdu, which is like French toast or torrija. Overall, they're decent, but they can get pretty overwhelming if you eat too much – just too sweet for my taste. The menu is at the end. It's an open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs at work. Note ❗ You can order the signature sauce separately – I forgot to mention that. It would be better to get it on the side so you can adjust it to your taste. You can also choose between fried 🍟 and baked 🥔 potatoes, and between whole grain and regular bread. 💵 Price-wise, it's pretty reasonable at around 20-25 euros per person. The ambiance is nice, though a bit dim.
