šŖšøWhat did Bilbao eat? | Restaurant record 1
š“ Bilbao: 4 Days, 3 Nights of Nonstop Feasting (We Tried Our Hardest) Bilbao knows how to treat a food loverāover four days, we ate with purpose, and every meal left us wanting more. Hereās where we indulged: š„© Los Fueros Budget: ~ā¬35+ per person (reservations required!). Their Chuleta de cerdo (pork chop) is the starārich, crispy, and unapologetically indulgent. Itās heavy, sure, but that buttery, savory flavor? Impossible to resist. š§ Gure Toki A no-reservation tapas spotāseating is luck of the draw. We grabbed a cola + 4 tapas for ~ā¬15. Casual, fresh, and full of that laid-back Basque vibeāideal for a quick bite. š La ViƱa del Ensanche ⨠Budget: ~ā¬20+ per person (highly recommended!). Donāt miss the tiny pot of foie gras and mushroom cream soup āsilky, earthy, and divine. The octopus with potato purĆ©e is also a winnerātender, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. š Bascake A chain serving classic Basque cheesecakeāhit up the nearest location. The pistachio flavor was just okay (~ā¬6), but the original? Creamy, slightly tangy, with that signature burnt topāpure comfort. ā CokooncafĆ© A popular spot near the Guggenheim. We tried the Txistorra: fluffy eggs with spicy chorizo on crispy toast. ~ā¬15+ per person, with fantastic serviceāgreat for fueling up pre-museum. Bilbao doesnāt just fill you upāit spoils you, one delicious bite at a time. Four days wasnāt enough, but we left full (very full) and already craving a return. #Europe #Spain #Bilbao #Foodie #SpanishTravel
