π I happened to be in the neighborhood on a Saturday morning and made a last-minute reservation at this restaurant. Every dish was absolutely delicious and worth the visit! π¨βπ³ π Tartare de Daurade Royale: This is a raw fish dish with a distinct Japanese influence in its seasoning. π£ I felt that the yuzu and ponzu flavors could be more pronounced, but overall, it was very tasty, fresh, and appetizing. πΏ π·οΈ AraignΓ©e de Porc: This dish felt like a very homely main course, and the accompanying red onion ketchup had a great taste, adding a sweet and tangy balance to the dish. π― π Filet de Turbot: The turbot was cooked just right, almost perfect except for the slightly burnt skin. The kumquat pickle it came with introduced me to a completely new flavor, which was quite unique. π π° Profiterole: The puff pastry was filled with coconut ice cream, and at the bottom, there was chocolate sauce and thin chocolate crisps. The chocolate flavor was rich, my favorite dark chocolate taste! π« If you find it a bit bitter, you can eat it with the ice cream. The dessert was just the right amount of sweetness, not overly sweet, and very satisfying. π π This experience was very pleasant, and I recommend it to those who enjoy exquisite cuisine! πΉ #Paris #ParisFood #ParisExploration #FrenchCuisine #Gastronomy
