🇫🇷 South of France | What I Ate in Cannes Over 3 Days 🦞
🌟 ASTOUX ET BRUN Our host’s top recommendation! 🥇 Established in 1953 and now run by the third generation, this place is always packed no matter the time of day. 🏃♂️💨 Specializing in seafood, their massive seafood platter is a must-try—the oysters are sweet, and the prawns are huge! 🦐✨ The service is fantastic, and no service charge! 🥹 🌟 L'Atelier Artisan Crêpier - Cannes A dedicated crêpe shop with not just sweet options but savory ones too! 🥞 So many flavors it’s hard to choose… We ended up eating here two days in a row because, surprise—it was one of the few places open on Sunday! 😆 🌟 Mademoiselle Gray Plage Barrière A dreamy beachfront restaurant with a resort vibe, live DJ, and sunset views. 🌊🌇 The ambiance is chef’s kiss! We ordered two lobster pasta dishes, but the "lobster" was tiny (more like crayfish 😅), and the portion was enough to last three days. Still tasty though! Their burrata was the star—served with seasonal fruits, including ultra-sweet peaches and a mix of heirloom tomatoes. 🍑🍅 But… 10% service charge?! Felt a bit robbed. 😭 🌟 Ban Kai Jaa, Thai Restaurant (Antibes) Who eats Thai food in the South of France? Us, after hitting our limit with "white people food." 😤 This place has a 4.8 on Google for a reason—it’s AMAZING. Packed every night! They serve Thai-style raw crab & shrimp salad (zero fishy taste, just addictive marinade 🤤), tom yum soup, grilled prawns, mango sticky rice… No misses! Perfect combo of fresh French seafood and bold Thai flavors. 😭 Will 100% return! #LivingInTheMoment #SouthOfFrance #Cannes #SeafoodLover #UKLife #FrenchRiviera #StudyAbroad #TravelFrance #LifeInFrance
