đ«đ· This Parisian Bistro Is Worth the Visit! đ·
Walking in, I was shockedâitâs basically Freddyâs! Even the menu is eerily similar, with the kebab dâagneau and couteau being identical đ Talk about bold "inspiration"! đ But hereâs the twist: This place is actually a bistro by Ăric Trochon, the Michelin-starred chef behind Solsticeâand the vibe is chefâs kiss. We ordered 12 dishes (basically half the menu!) with four people. The beef (simply seasoned with coarse salt, letting the quality shine) and chicken (glazed in teriyaki, so of course itâs good) were standouts. đ The veggie dishes stole the show! Oyster mushrooms â Perfectly seasoned. PadrĂłn peppers â My friends raved about these! Fresh razor clams & shrimp â Super fresh. Fried fish bites & seared salmon â Both delicious, with balanced flavors. đ· The wine list is excellent (though skip the cocktailsâtheyâre just okay). The ambience, decor, music, and crowd made it a perfect Saturday night spotâvery Freddyâs-esque but with its own charm. Great for drinks, bites, and catching up with friends! đ OTTO by Eric Trochon 5 Rue Mouffetard, 75005 Paris #ParisEats #GoodEats #HiddenGems #FrenchCuisine #FoodieAdventure #ParisRestaurants #WhatToEatToday #NaturalWine #BistroVibes #MichelinDining
