π¬π§ Β£1 Vintage Jewelry Market in Central London!
Went again on Monday to my all-time favorite vintage market in London! Key info: only open on Mondays until 2 PM β Jubilee Market Hall in Covent Garden π. Super central and easy to reach by bus or tube π. π This market mainly sells vintage jewelry, antiques, and collectibles. Allow around 2 hours to explore thoroughly. If you go at 9 AM, thereβs a wider jewelry selection. By noon, the best pieces are often gone! Yesterday I saw a brand-new MAC 16-color eyeshadow palette for just Β£5 β hesitated for two minutes and someone bought it right awayβ¦ missed the deal of a lifetime ππ π Β£1 Jewelry: This is the highlight! There are 5-6 stalls dedicated to Β£1 jewelry. Everything in the photo tray and what Iβm wearing in the photo cost just Β£1 each!!! So delicate and unique β each piece is one-of-a-kind. Come early though β local aunties often buy in bulk! Some nicer items may be sorted into β3 for Β£1β or β5 for Β£2β sections. Still a crazy good deal for the UK!!! π Brooches: Another specialty here! Youβll find all kinds of beautiful, intricate brooches, mostly Β£5-10 each. Many have a retro or medieval vibe β perfect as souvenirs or gifts for friends. π°οΈ Antiques: Not my area of expertise, but there are plenty of medals, coins, old cameras, and other curiosities. π΅ Tableware/Teasets: Lots of pretty teacups, vases, and tableware β great for home decor. Prices range from Β£1 to Β£10. βοΈ Since itβs a vendor market, donβt hesitate to bargain β knocking off Β£3-5 is totally doable βοΈ Most stalls prefer CASH βοΈ Bring cash or use the on-site ATM (vendors can tell you where it is). The sellers are super friendly β the stamp vendor will patiently let you try every design. Their stamps are incredibly detailed with over 100 patterns (no photo, but trust me, itβs there!). #London #LondonTravel #VintageMarket #VintageJewelry #LondonGuide #AntiqueShopping #CoventGarden ππ°οΈπΉ
