🇬🇧 £1 Vintage Jewelry Market in Central London!
Went again on Monday to my all-time favorite vintage market in London! Key info: only open on Mondays until 2 PM — Jubilee Market Hall in Covent Garden 💐. Super central and easy to reach by bus or tube 🚌. 💎 This market mainly sells vintage jewelry, antiques, and collectibles. Allow around 2 hours to explore thoroughly. If you go at 9 AM, there’s a wider jewelry selection. By noon, the best pieces are often gone! Yesterday I saw a brand-new MAC 16-color eyeshadow palette for just £5 — hesitated for two minutes and someone bought it right away… missed the deal of a lifetime 😭😭 💍 £1 Jewelry: This is the highlight! There are 5-6 stalls dedicated to £1 jewelry. Everything in the photo tray and what I’m wearing in the photo cost just £1 each!!! So delicate and unique — each piece is one-of-a-kind. Come early though — local aunties often buy in bulk! Some nicer items may be sorted into “3 for £1” or “5 for £2” sections. Still a crazy good deal for the UK!!! 👒 Brooches: Another specialty here! You’ll find all kinds of beautiful, intricate brooches, mostly £5-10 each. Many have a retro or medieval vibe — perfect as souvenirs or gifts for friends. 🕰️ Antiques: Not my area of expertise, but there are plenty of medals, coins, old cameras, and other curiosities. 🍵 Tableware/Teasets: Lots of pretty teacups, vases, and tableware — great for home decor. Prices range from £1 to £10. ⭕️ Since it’s a vendor market, don’t hesitate to bargain — knocking off £3-5 is totally doable ❗️ Most stalls prefer CASH ❗️ Bring cash or use the on-site ATM (vendors can tell you where it is). The sellers are super friendly — the stamp vendor will patiently let you try every design. Their stamps are incredibly detailed with over 100 patterns (no photo, but trust me, it’s there!). #London #LondonTravel #VintageMarket #VintageJewelry #LondonGuide #AntiqueShopping #CoventGarden 💍🕰️🌹
