Since starting our business in London, we’ve collaborated with over 100 chefs from around the world. 🌍✨ Each chef has a unique story—some are dream chasers, others are immigrants, and some are grandmothers preserving family recipes. I feel lucky to have tasted authentic home-cooked dishes from so many cultures. Among our chefs, you’ll find former Gordon Ramsay protégés, immigrants who brought their heritage to London, and home cooks sharing generations-old recipes. 🧑🍳📜 While we usually cater corporate events, many friends and supporters have asked: "Can we try these meaningful dishes too?" Unlike typical restaurants, every dish we serve carries a story—a taste of childhood, tradition, and real, unfiltered culture. So, we’re launching a floating Supper Club series! 🚤✨ Each month, we’ll invite a chef to cook their country’s comfort food on our boat while sharing their personal food journey. If you love food with soul, come join us! What’s a Supper Club? It’s an intimate, chef-hosted dining experience—think a dinner party at a friend’s place, but with next-level cuisine. The chef crafts a special menu, cooks live, and shares stories. After 20 years in corporate life, she followed her passion, trained at Le Cordon Bleu in France, and brought her heritage flavors to the UK. Her menu blends Malay street food (like banana-leaf snacks & satay) with French techniques, plus pandan cake—each bite is a memory from her childhood.
