πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Georgian Cuisine That's Taking the Internet by Storm

This is my second time at this Georgian restaurant. With a total of 15 dishes on the menu, I've tried almost all of them. I really love sitting at the bar counter, where I can watch the entire process of each dish being prepared. It adds a unique flavor to the experience compared to just having the dishes served to you.✨ πŸ‚ **Beef Tongue Kuchmachi**: Beef tongue paired with sweet, soft brioche bread. The tongue is tender, and the kuchmachi sauce has a slight spiciness with a strong aroma of spices. πŸ– πŸ† **Baked Aubergine**: This dish has a similar feel to Chinese roasted eggplant. It comes with rich Georgian yogurt that has a strong dairy flavor and is delicious even on its own. πŸ˜‹ πŸ₯¦ **Broccoli Pkhali**: A broccoli puree mixed with walnuts and cranberries, perfect for enjoying with their signature bread. πŸ₯¦ πŸ‚ **Beef Tartare**: This is the best beef tartare I've had recently. ❀️ The beef is refreshing and delicate, served with a traditional garlic and cilantro sauce on a slightly crispy bread base. It's a delightful twist on the classic. Main Courses: πŸ§€ **Megruli Khachapuri**: Truffle cheese bread that looks a bit like pizza. The truffle aroma is strong, and it’s filled with four types of cheese. πŸ§€ πŸ‘ **Braised Lamb**: This was the most popular dish of the night, ordered by at least half of the guests, and it was indeed fantastic! The lamb is tender and juicy, served with miso-flavored pumpkin puree for a layered taste. πŸ– πŸ₯Ÿ **Khinkali**: A must-try, the Georgian dumplings come with special tongs for eating. The eating method is similar to soup dumplingsβ€”bite into them to drink the broth first, then enjoy the filling. We had the lobster and wagyu versions, with the lobster being my favorite for its fresh and sweet flavor. Each type comes with a different sauce that complements the dumplings perfectly. There are also rabbit and vegetarian options, which are smaller in size and worth trying. πŸ₯Ÿ For dessert, the **Pumpkin Tart** was incredibly smooth, almost like a cheesecake, with a hint of cinnamon. πŸŽ‚ πŸ“ Kinkally #LondonFood #UKLife #UK #HiddenGems #ExoticCuisine #LondonDate #RomanticRestaurant #OffTheBeatenPath
