Here’s why it’s worth the hype: 🍖 Caithness Lamb Shank No gamey taste at ALL—and I usually avoid lamb! 🐑😍 Tender, flavorful, and even the marrow was satisfying to scoop out. Our table’s favorite! 🏆 🐑 Ardnamurchan's Own Haggis, Neeps and Tatties I skipped the organs and tried the vegan version—it tasted like savory grain porridge! 🌾🤤 As a porridge lover, I enjoyed it. Meat-eaters should try the original! 🥘 Breast of Free-Range Chicken Free-range chicken breast 😂—but seriously, the meat was juicy! 🐔❤️ Must dip it in the honey-truffle sauce 🍯🍄.
