π¬π§ London | Why Are Lamb Sweetbreads So Delicious?!
I've been wanting to visit this cozy little spot for ages, and finally, I made it with a friend this weekend! Everything we ordered today was absolutely deliciousβwhat a treat! π π Fried Lambs' Sweetbreads, Artichokes & Sage The lamb sweetbreads with sage are incredible! The sweetbreads are tender and perfectly fried, while the sage is crispy and melts in your mouth. π π° Coniglio Tonnato con le Fave - Chilled Poached Rabbit, Piedmont Radishes & Broad Beans with Salsa Tonnata The rabbit appetizer is so fragrant, with a hint of chicken flavor. The raw celery with dipping sauce is also delicious! π° π Sea Bream Carpaccio, Blood Orange & Rosemary The sea bream carpaccio is soft and delicately flavored, with a simple yet tasty seasoning. π π Fritto Misto - Squid, Prawns, Courgettes & Blood Orange The fried seafood has a thin, crispy batter. The prawns are small, reminding me of shrimp skewers from my childhood. The fried blood oranges are a game-changerβI've never had fried fruit before! π¦ π₯© Tagliata: Belted Galloway Sirloin, Rosemary & Parmesan The steak comes in different sizes. While I've heard great things about it, I personally think the appetizers are even better. The steak is good but not mind-blowing. π π Blood Orange Granita with Almonds & Mint This blood orange granita is perfect for the weather. It's tangy and sweet, with a more intense fruit flavor than the sorbet from the gelato place across the street. The toasted almonds and mint add a nice touch! π π The complimentary rosemary focaccia with olive oil is amazing. Even the person next to me, who ordered just a dish, got a generous portion. I was full just from the bread! π₯ͺ πΊοΈ Bocca di Lupo #LondonFood #LondonFoodieGuide #LondonRestaurants #LondonFoodExploration #ItalianCuisineInLondon #MustTryInLondon #LondonFoodieCheckIn #RestaurantRecommendations #AtmosphericRestaurants #HiddenGemsInLondon
