🇬🇧 London Food Guide | Must-Trys & Must-Skips !!!🍽️✔️❌
🔥 Must-Go: Kangnam Pocha – Absolutely worth the wait! 🧀🍗 Their spicy cheese tteokbokki is pure comfort—chewy rice cakes and tender chicken smothered in a rich, fiery sauce. Also recommend: pork spine stew, seafood noodle soup, bibim naengmyeon, japchae, and bulgogi. No disappointments here! 🥢 Solid Choice: BiWon – Flavourful Korean classics! Kimchi beef hotpot is huge and perfect for sharing. Cold noodles have a strong sesame aroma 🍜, and the beef brisket soup is warm but basic. 🍣 DOZO – A must for sushi lovers! Their Volcano Roll is iconic: crab roe, eel, avocado, bonito flakes + torched mayo 🌋. Chicken don and eel rice are generous portions. Scallops with pistachio sauce are a surprise win! 💣 Overhyped & Over-salted: Dishoom – Major letdown 😔… Everything was salt-bombed! Grilled chicken, curry, stir-fries—all tasted identical and painfully salty. 🍴 Western Food Section: Blacklock – Overrated. Steak was average 🥩, but the mushroom toast with creamy sauce was unforgettable! Burger & Lobster – Pricey 🦞💸! Whole lobster was tiny; lobster roll was tasty (buttery, toasted bun) yet not worth the cost. Lobos – Limited menu. Garlic shrimp was plump and fragrant 🧄🍤, but squid ink rice was bland (though loaded with squid). Bancone – Affordable pasta, but… 🍝 Wide-noodle dishes with meat/seafood sauce were great, but the signature egg yolk & walnut handkerchief pasta was overly greasy 🤢. Made me feel sick all day. Circolo Popolare – You pay for the vibe🌿🍋! Truffle pasta was tasty but too rich + undercooked. Tiramisu had good alcohol balance, though a bit loose texture. #UK #London #Travel#LondonEats #FoodReview #LondonFoodGuide #MustTry #LondonRestaurants #HonestReview
