🇬🇧 London Hotel Review: The Ritz – Absolutely Magnificent! ✨🏨

As the second Ritz hotel in the world and the first I visited upon arriving in London, this iconic stay did not disappoint! I was looking for that classic, over-the-top British glamour—and The Ritz delivered exactly that. It’s also home to what many call the best afternoon tea in the UK (though I couldn’t snag a reservation 🥲). ⏳ Stayed one night—and it wasn’t nearly enough! I’d heard hotel guests could walk in for afternoon tea anytime, but that wasn’t the case. You can only order it to your room (maybe because we were in a standard room? 🗝️). 💁‍♀️ Service: The gentleman at the entrance was unbelievably warm and enthusiastic—like a long-lost relative who’s a little too excited to see you 😂🌹! The rest of the staff were polished and attentive, though no one quite matched his energy. 🌟 Room: Gorgeous, elegant, and straight out of a period film 🎬! I loved every detail. They still use actual keys to open the doors—so traditionally charming! 🫖 Afternoon Tea: I walked by several times—every seat was taken, even in the hallway! Everyone was dressed to the nines (including the kids 👗👔).
